This is the fifth in a series of videos to explain what causes Focal Dystonia and how to successfully cure it.

In this video I build on what I talked about last time on how early attachment difficulties effect your autonomic nervous system leaving it calibrated into an activated state.

Therefore, for many of us music and our musical instrument was our place of safety when we were young. I further explain how this safe relationship can deteriorate because of the development of your relationship with yourself or because of the influence of teachers and colleagues. This then changes your relationship with music and with your musical instrument and can be one of the causes of Focal Dystonia.
